Send fun and thoughtful messages to acknowledge your peers’ achievements and special moments – because a kind word can make someone’s day.
Ovation Points
Leaders may award points to team members who demonstrate OU Health Way values. In addition to leader-awarded points, you will automatically earn points for the following:
- Welcome Points the first time you login to Ovation.
- Onboarding awards at 90 days and six months after your hire date.
- Birthday recognition on your special day.
- From time to time during specified company-wide celebrations or other events.
Redeem Your Recognition
Ovation points or service milestone credits can be redeemed to purchase merchandise as well as physical or virtual gift cards. Ovation points do not expire; however, points will expire upon separation from OU Health.
The OU Health Way Champion Award honors those who embody our OU Health Way values and make a strong impact on the lives of our patients and team members.
Each month, two OU Health Way Champions are recognized: one physician and one team member. These individuals inspire us all and demonstrate what it means to put Patients First while exemplifying Integrity, Relentless Excellence, Inclusion, Learning and Teamwork. Appreciation events such as OU Health Week, Holiday Week, Nurses Week and more serve to formally acknowledge and celebrate staff for their outstanding contributions.
