Get ready for the New Year.

Make sure you have current cards for health plans and account(s) you chose for 2025:

  • You’ll receive a new medical/prescription ID card in your home mail, even if you didn’t change plans for 2024.
  • Delta Dental and VSP don’t issue ID cards for the dental and vision plans; providers verify your coverage online at the time of service.
  • Debit cards for health savings account, healthcare and limited purpose flexible spending accounts (FSAs) are mailed only to first-time enrollees.
  • Dependent care flexible spending accounts do not have a debit card.

Dec. 31, 2024, is the last day to “spend” your 2024 FSA money. You have until March 31, 2025, to submit claims for eligible expenses incurred through the end of 2024.

  • Any amount above $640 that remains in your healthcare or limited purpose FSA after March 31, 2025, will be forfeited. In April, balances of $640 or less will be carried over to 2025.
  • There is no carryover of unused 2024 dependent care FSA funds.

Questions? Refer to Contacts for where to call about a specific ID/debit card or benefit.
