Benefits Eligibility
FOR YOU: OU Health offers benefits coverage to the following eligible employees upon hire and during our annual
open enrollment:
- Full-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week.
- Part-time employees who work at least 16 hours per week (.4 FTE).
- PRN employees who are individually notified of the opportunity to enroll in medical insurance, as applicable by
the Affordable Care Act.
FOR YOUR DEPENDENT: You may cover eligible dependents under certain benefits. Eligible dependents include: - Your legal spouse.
- Your dependent children up to age 26.
- Your dependent children of any age who are disabled and meet plan criteria
